Villa Nergis 3

Villa Nergis is a detached villa with a large garden and parking area in the center of Göcek, with a detached pool for daily, weekly or monthly rental. Our villa, located within walking distance of the market center, was built in 2021 and was designed to provide the most accurate answers to rental requests. The front and pool of the villa are south facing and receive sunlight all day long. The pool is 21 m2 and there is also a sunbathing area and shower in the garden. On the terrace, there is a seating area, a dining table and a kitchenette that you can use while spending time in the garden or cooking outside.

• In our villa with 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 9 people;
  • On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped open kitchen, dining table, sofa, LCD TV and air conditioning.
  • The 1st bedroom is on the ground floor; double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning,
  • Bedroom 2 is on the first floor; double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning,
  • The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor; double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning,
  • The 4th bedroom is in the attic; There is a double bed and a single bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning.

Cleaning and Hygiene:

• Our house is cleaned and disinfected by our team members who use masks, gloves and disposable cleaning cloths at least 2 hours before you arrive home.
• Intermediate cleanings are carried out once every 3 days by our team member within the 3-hour period requested for your health (1-2 hours of cleaning; 1 hour of room ventilation). Towels and bed linen (washed at 90 degrees) are changed.
• Towels are for home use only; Cannot be used as a beach or pool towel.
